Not just any Sandwich!

Turkey, roast beef, coleslaw, and horse raddish mustard on a buttered keiser roll. Yum.

Friday

Easy Turkey Roulade

Bbbbbbangin!

Who likes Wings?

These wings were by far the best I have made! I cooked the chicken with salt, black pepper, and montreal steak seasoning at 400 degrees for about one hour. I mixed sweet baby rays bbq sauce, franks redhot, chopped garlic from a jar, and a dash or two of garlic powder. After smothering the wings in my sauce, I continued to cook the wings for another 40 minutes at 400 degrees. I made one of the freshest tasting blue cheese dips ever with blue cheese crumbles, sour cream, greek yogurt, worcestershire, and onion salt. Of course, fresh cut celery to finish off this delicious recipe did the trick!

Sunday

Bread Pudding!

This bread pudding was the first time I had even attempted to make it. I got the recipe, ingredients, and pans together. Made the food.Decided it needed a maple butter sauce, walnuts, and ice cream to finish it off. The photo looks good, but the taste was incredible!

BBQ Chicken!

This awesome dish of deliciousness came together with BBQ chicken, apples and onions, veggie soup and a biscuit. How was this for a southern, warm, autumn dinner? Great!

Tuesday

Fried Green Tomato BLT!

This sandwich was so very good! I mixed cornmeal, salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning, coated the sliced green tomatos with milk before dipping them in my cornmeal mixture. I used the bacon grease to fry the tomatos, which made the flavor even better. Whole wheat toast, lettuce, and mayo layered, made this one of the best sandwiches I have ever had!

Sunday

Ribeye Steak and Sweet Potatos!

Season the steak with pepper, sea salt, and garlic powder. I used canned yams and put butter and brown sugar on them before mashing them. Last, I put the steak and potatos on the grill for about 20 minutes total, which will vary depending on how you like your steak cooked.
