This was the very first time I had tried Moscato. I must say, it was light and the bubbles were pleasent in my mouth!

Turkey Stuffed Peppers

This healthy meal is light and good for you. The peppers were perfectly cooked and were cut easily with a fork.


Chicken Enchiladas, oh yeah!

These came out so good! I made a white sauce for the insides which I used greek yogurt, corriander, cornstarch, onions, mixed cheese, and garlic. Creamy and good for ya!


After Dinner

Strawberry shortcake is my favorite dessert. Warm weather makes it a great light sweet option. The fresh strawberries are sweetened with splenda, and the rest is store bought.


Cooking the Beans

The way the pinto beans smelled when they were cooking was so amazing!


Try this!

Pinto beans with stewed tomatos, baby corn muffins, and chow chow. If you have not tried chow chow, it is cabbage relish. I use it on my hotdogs too! It adds a new dimension to the already awesome traditional pinto beans and cornbread recipe.

The pinto beans have a smoked ham shank, lots of pepper, salt, minced fresh garlic, powdered garlic, stewed tomatos, and onions. Simple and delicious!


The Best Steak I have ever had!

Here we go! Last nights dinner was so darn good! Filet mignon, lobster, and asparagus are my favorite! Adding the wine is just the cherry on top!
